The service I received was very good. However I was unaware that the machine had been made for the European market with a different plug and socket system. Although the adapter was supplied it is large and quite unsightly in the kitchen.

This grinder is great. Works really well with my Lelit Anna. Not tried it for anything other than espresso so can't comment on coarser performance. Love the programmable timers for getting the right weight, even if the weight fluctuates a little. Takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process.

Coffeefriend was the only shop to offer my coffee machine in white. Even though delivery time was showing as 2-3 weeks it was delivered in a week. Highly reccomended, 5 star service, thank you. (Hope I won't regret my enthusiasm if any problems occur in the future lol)

After some MAJOR delivery issues my coffee machine eventually arrived and I'm very happy. There customer service was fantastic sorting out the problems and they even sent some free coffee to apologies for the issues. Delivery problems weren't the fault of coffee friend but there reliance on MyHermes (whom I loath) and the fact that the ship from the EU didn't help.
