I was in the market for an air fryer that was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. This machine stood out from a crowded field with its exquisite design. The elegantly contoured transparent panel and the cleverly angled viewing window are simply genius. I am happy I paid a premium for this product for its looks, and I feel giddy every time I sneak glances at it. The product performs well, so I am pleased with this aspect, too. One complaint would be the buttons being challenging to press. The buttons are touch-sensitive with no moving parts, and sometimes the machine struggles to detect my finger. Also, I am confused about some preset modes as I find their icons hard to decipher, and Im unable to find a manual online that explains them. All in all, I am delighted with this purchase and Coffee Friend's delivery. It was delivered within two days of purchase, and the delivery man was cheerful and even congratulated me on the purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend buying this product on Coffee Friend.

Great price, quick delivery and most importantly excellent coffee!

I bought this in good faith for use on a new induction hob after years of using a Bialetti moka pot on gas. It should be made clear that using this on an induction hob can be very problematic. Even though it is labelled as suitable for induction it simply won't work properly on my hob, producing a small amount of weak coffee. A bit research into this reveals that induction hobs often don't function correctly with pans which are much smaller than the induction plate. The marketed solution is an adapter plate, but these also are not recommended by hob manufacturers, risking overheating and damage. I have resorted to using a camping gas stove! It's a shame, because this is obviously a very well made quality item, like all Bialetti products. A couple of stars for that, but none for function. For me is was a waste of money.
