WARNING My experience was very bad I bought a Bizzera Aria an expensive expresso machine from Coffee Friend who turned out to be based in Lithuania according to my many contacts with them The BIZZERA broke down after a few months and I arranged to return under warranty. I was then sent full strict instructions on how to package for its return to them with pics to be followed by pics from me showing I had complied with Coffee Friend strict return rules. Then they arranged a pick up I waited in all day the carrier didn’t appear lots of phone calls and messages they finally appeared a few days later. Then after many weeks requesting my machine nothing appeared. Eventually I threatened to visit their repair centre in Stockport UK and demand my machine back My Expresso machine appeared about a week later but now very badly damaged !!!!! The mainframe was now bent out of shape, as was the cabinet and various fittings. The packing was very poor and the thin cardboard box, entirely unsuitable, was partly mush from machine leakage giving no protection and the drip tray was missing. Strange as they demanded high quality packaging and pics from my warranty return I decided to have no more contact with this very unprofessional company. I then had the repairs carried out by a private company at my own expense [ I eventually got my drip tray back.]
