After extensive research, I decided to purchase this machine. Unfortunately, after just four days of use, a fault with the milk system appeared. Customer Service was quite helpful and advised me to return it for inspection, where the fault was confirmed.

I decided to order my coffee machine from Coffee Friend as they offered the best price and 10 free capsules. I encountered a problem when trying to place my order and rather than continue I cancelled. A representative phoned and emailed me the next day to offer assistance as they could see I had cancelled my order – I'm glad they did – as they placed the order for me and also added a further 10 free capsules. I haven't tried the machine yet as it is for a Christmas present. The customer service so far is faultless.
