Very good service and the coffee machine seems great. The only bad thing is you use UPS as the courier which I’m not a fan of as their tracking is awful.

Great machine great service

We just received a coffee machine ~£350 from this "UK" website. It arrived with a UK-EU adaptor so completely useless and illegal. Contact with the company was easy but the EU-UK adaptor is expected to be dispatched in 3 days for a 3-5 working day delivery. I won't have a cup of coffee this week.

Quick delivery and one of the few places with sage filters in stock!

Was looking for a new coffee machine and the Sage Barista Pro was recommended. Did the normal searches on line and decided to buy from The Coffee Mate (maybe the pro-mo price of £100 less than anyone else had something to do with it!). Delivery seemed delayed, expected 5 to 7 days, (we were on day 8, but also in virus time) so I contacted them by email and a friendly reply came back almost immediately from Rose. Despatch had been organised and I was advised to expect delivery the next day. Better than that, the machine arrived within a couple of hours. Very pleased! Rose also advised that if any further help was needed just get in touch. I like friendly customer service. Would definitely recommend The Coffee Mate.
