Had issues with the machine and despite several emails and unanswered phone calls I still cannot use the machine as the warning lights are on constantly. In one email that was sent they said that due to corona virus there will be a delay in getting back to me. Well that was a fortnight ago.

Product arrived quickly and was an excellent price compared with other stockists. My only negative point is the lady who phoned me for the telephone payment was foreign. I could not understand a word she said which does not give a good first impression.

Great customer service and delivery. However, I wish it would have had more packaging to help it not to break or anything, as there was only the original box covering the machine. Considering it was a £120 delivery fee. Otherwise the product works perfectly and everything is in order.

Very happy with the machine and coffee thank you, however slight disappointed that the machine did not have the correct (UK) plug and this was not communicated to us. Coffee Mate provided an adapter but this was sent separately along with the coffee beans and so we were left waiting 4 days to use our machine.
