I bought a coffee machine, sadly the delivery company messed me about (ups) and I cancelled the order but the coffee mate were excellent and very understanding, and refunded the money without an issue. Apart from using a not great delivery company would happily buy from them again.

Bought a De Longhi coffee machine and very pleased with the machine and service. Would have given 5 stars but machine plug needed a UK plug adapter, which was included, but it wasn’t obvious that this machine had a European plug when buying.

Rapid dispatch and considerate customer service. I was particularly impressed with their service regarding a delivery issue with UPS failing to deliver on the original delivery date. Having stayed in all day in anticipation of delivery UPS did not directly notify me at any point to confirm that the delivery would not be taking place. In response to this I contacted coffee mate who assured me the next day that I would not have to pick up the cost of a re-delivery if required.

Fantastic Coffee Machine Coffee machine was ordered as a replacement for my old Delonghi and is fantastic and makes a delicious coffee machine. It takes a bit of time to personalise your coffee settings, but worth the initial effort for ongoing ease. Only drawback was that this machine was shipped from Poland and therefore arrived with an integrated European Plug and external adaptor. This creates quite a bit of bulk at the plug which was not expected and does not feel as safe as a UK plug, which is a shame. This was not mentioned on the item description and was a bit off a let down.
