Update – I have now been told they are reorganising the warehouse so my refund will be delayed. They signed for the return 6 days ago, but still haven't got it according to them…… Beware. Ordered and paid extra for priority shipping, 4 days later it still hasn't been processed. This was a birthday gift and I've been told it will be another 1 to 2 days before they post it. That is completely unacceptable. I have requested to cancel the order and I'll order from a more reliable store, I just wish I'd read the reviews first. I just hope they do cancel and refund me after saying they would, as it will be even more of a pain to now have to return it all. The copy and paste replies on here sum this company up
