This company has all the traits off a drop box company, in that you order from them and then they source and buy the product in. After 15 days off placing your order you can go to your bank and perform a dispute – goods not recieved. My order has not even being processed. Non existing customer service. I was forced to give the company 1 star. Zero is more off a true reflection. DROP BOX COMPANY contacted me with excuses, when i ordered Kettle as stated on their website delivery would be 1-3 days. Completed a Chargeback. STILL TRYING TO MISLEAD POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. AS STATED DROP BOX COMPANY, YOUR WEBSITE STATED IN STOCK DELIVERY 1-3 DAYS, IT DID NOT STATE ANYTHING ELSE. INTERESTING HOW THE PRODUCT IS NO LONGER VISIBLE ON YOUR WEBSITE. WHERE IS THE LEAD TIME, HAVE YOU SOLD OUT???
