Disappointed with the purchase.
1. EU plug with a converter wasn’t what I hoped for 2. Electrical smell and puff of smoke on use 3. Poor flow from the spout, sometimes have to discard the coffee as it’s not pouring correctly.
Love the machine itself but feels like I got a dud one.

Can’t fault the product, but woeful service.
Finally got my machine. Nearly 3 weeks later. They’re slow to pick and prepare for dispatch. Well over a week. The courier was abysmal. I don’t think they train their staff to knock on doors or ring bells. After 2 abortive delivery attempts, I paid for a delivery upgrade. They didn’t even load it on the vehicle. I reckon that they lost it.
DPD customer service were worse than useless. Coffee friend intervened and got a delivery promise. But they failed to keep that promise too. But finally I have it.
