Order arrived yesterday. Very well packed. Coffee machine is excellent. Works well. It's better than our old one. Very happy with price. Not so happy with the customer service. Ordered on 11th. Advert says 1 to 3 days delivery. After placing order money was taken in 3 minutes. Email to confirm order. And 2nd email to confirm payment and delivery address. No date or eta. Waited a week. Tried to call but lines go to an automated system saying calls not taken at all. Emailed company who did respond quickly, 20 mins. Still no eta. Question was ignored. Pressed them with 2nd email. Told it will be when you were promised. 3rd email explaining that had passed. Told to be patient and wait a little longer, Should be next day. It wasn't. Finally arrived 23rd covered in Ukraine stickers. If it's going to be 2 weeks, tell people that, If it's coming from abroad, tell them, we will expect it late. I don't mind it being late if I know. Thank god it wasn't a gift for someone, just for myself. Product 10. Quality 10. Wrappings 10. Communication 3. I'd have put 1 for communication but they did get back to me quickly even if it was waffle.

I’ll start with the highlight. 10 out of 10 for the price ! Way cheaper than anywhere else however it took 11 days for the espresso machine to arrive and 21 days for the grinder. If they had advised a three week delivery I would have happily waited. The tracking info is an absolute disgrace and a waste of time. I emailed on day 8, day 13 and rang on day 17. Each time I was told it was due to be scanned into the system by Royal Mail that afternoon. It’s a shame really because the products and prices are all good and your order will get to you definitely arrive but don’t ask them when

Ordered coffee. Was waiting for 10 days. Coffee didn’t arrived. Called them,they explained they have delays because of Christmas,but my parcel already handed to Royal Mail ,just Royal Mail delayed. They asked me to wait 2-3 days. I waited and of course no coffee. Then I contact them through live chat. Asked them for a refund. They told me they are happy to give me a refund. But again I have to wait for 5-8 days. Still not received refund. I’m not sure if this website real or just scam. Be careful everyone.

Horrible horrible horrible that’s the only way to describe we ordered one item but they send a wrong one we called them for refund but they send a email stating to take photos of packaging while ur packing for refund and then sign a form and then send back to them which will cost u 9.99 for inspection and return and firstly the parcel was delivered after thier slot delivery time so if ull order a item and if u want a refund its a nightmare basically they just don’t want u to return the item no after service whatsoever so please avoid this company
