Have ordered several times from Coffee Friend and their delivery of quality coffee is very good. I would recommend them as you can vary your order and try out new coffees in different quantities.

Haven’t received kettle and had no correspondence from the company. Money taken on August 4th. Tracking only shows order received.

Recently purchased a Senseo Coffee machine from Coffee Friend. Price was very competitive with free delivery. Order was delivered within the timescale and happy with the service and product received. Would recommend this company.

Placed an order for a coffee machine which was on offer. Status shows as 'order placed' for a week which no change, until I get contacted a week later that 'the price was a technical error and the machine is actually double the price' (note, the offer was decent but definitely not so great that it seemed too good to be true). Can't help but think that the offer never existed in the first place and was just there to lure people in.

I ordered a moka from them. Delivery was stated to be 10-14 days later, which is long. 16 days later, no sign of the delivery. I contacted them and was told the moka hadn’t even been shipped. They offered to ship in another 2-3 weeks. Despite this being their mistake, no effort was made to arrange faster shipping or offer any compensation. If you’re into orders failing to ship, 1-month long shipping time and zero customer service, then go for it. Otherwise, I would avoid.

Great choice of coffees and the information provided to help select the right strength and flavour is really helpful. Always good offers that make the coffee more affordable. Would have been 5 stars but for the wait from ordering to delivery ie 2/3 weeks with no updates, although delivery was free having spent the qualifying amount.

Extremely slow purchase process. Item ordered on the 3/8. Notification of dispatch on 8/8. Review email received 13/8. Hurray item finally arrived today 20/8 Called customer services to enquire about delays but it all seems to be no problem and normal.
