Fantastic service from your sales team and excellent product.

I purchased a refurbished machine with the understanding that the item would take 3-8 days to deliver as shown on the website. After 4 days I had to seek clarification of where my order was in the process. I was then told it would take another 2 weeks to arrive. After that there was no further communication other from the delivery providers. Poor communication and customer service over the delivery time.

Purchased philips 7000 series combi xxl connected air fryer hd9876/20, what an amazing air fryer it is, much better than a ninja air fryer, ninja air fryer is poorly made while as Philips air fryer is better quality. Company included a converter plug as it came with Schuko, the company provided me safety certificates for the plug converter, they give you a quality plug converter which the company is called powerconnections. The customer service was excellent the delivery took 2 days which is good. All in all this company is highly recommended.

Highly recommend! Best prices and that’s why it takes quiet long to receive the order but it definetely worth the wait! After dpd did not Deliver and “depot error” they returned my coffee machine, I found Coffee friend really helpful and friendly! Kind lady name Rose help me with my query to pick up myself from their warehouse because I did not want to loose more time with dpd. It was a pleasure to spoke and find solutions together!

Basically Coffee Mate accepted an order for a machine that was no longer available and took 20 days to admit that they couldn’t fulfil the order and this was only after I prompted the call. Still waiting for my refund..,..
