Purchased a rocket grinder for £380,for home use only ,2x cups a day and it broke within 3years ,both rocket and Coffee friend played each other off when I asked for help with repairs after long battle with slow response emails them saying my only option to pay an extra £100 for inspection +repairs on top . I feel ripped off and angry, also I was unaware that Coffee friend is not a uk based company (BEWARE)
