Was very disappointed that this is a European machine and has the European 2 pin plug with an additional adapter in the box to use in our 3pin UK sockets. It makes the plug extra large unlike the UK model. That wasn’t anywhere in the description 🤨

Amazing service. Highly recommended. I purchase a manual coffee grinders for Xmas 2024 but the folding arm has since stopped folding. I contacted Coffee Mate not really expecting much, and they were brilliant. They responded almost immediately and asked for a video of the fault – which I supplied. A couple of days later they responded sending out a replacement that is due to arrive today. They didn’t even want me to send back the broken one. Great service, would definitely use again.
