Amazing highly recommend

Very disappointing service and would not use this company again. I ordered a Nespresso Essenza mini coffee machine which came unexpectedly with a EU plug despite the company being a UK based company. This was not specified on their website. When I emailed Coffee Friends they barely apologised and I found their email unprofessional. I was informed that an adapter should have been enclosed within the parcel, which was not. I was then informed that they would send me an adaptor along with 2 sets of coffee pods for free. I was charged a further 3 pence without authorising a payment to the company, beating in mind I was informed I would not be charged. So more of a principle and unauthorised transaction issue. I was informed that if I was not happy I would have to pay £9.50 to return the machine despite the coffee machine being missold. Very very disappointing company and experience.

Product arrived as described. Reliable and fast shipping.

We purchased a Sage juicer from Coffee Friend in August. After 3 usages, the on/off switch is faulty and the machine needs to be turned off at the wall. I reported this to Coffee Friend on 30th September, it is now 13th October and we are no closer to a resolution on the juicer. Apparently their courier cannot find our address, even though the juicer was originally delivered to this address. After so much back and forth, I actually no longer wish to deal with this company and wish that we had taken the time to check their Trust Pilot reviews before making a purchase from them as a score of 3.9 would certainly have influenced us not to proceed with the purchase and to rather deal with a local company
