The company staff are excellent very helpful and very easy to to work with and the service cannot be faulted. My coffee machine was sent to the wrong address, and I received that persons machine, it was suggested we sort out swapping over the machines which I felt was wrong as not my fault, returned machine to The coffee Mate only to be told that the machine ws not collected due to not being packaged correctly, luckily I took photos of label and parcel and even the courier who took it. Finally received my machine 2 weeks after order. To add insult it has a European plug which is not clear on website, I was promised some coffee for my trouble but didn't even receive that.

Excellent, coffee beans arrived very quickly

The machine arrived with a European plug. An adaptor was sent out by Coffee mate 5 days later. The machine broke 5 days after that. Over three weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. They do not respond to messages left by phone and genuinely shocking service.
