Very good service and product

I received the Nespresso machine I ordered 7 days post purchase. Upon arrival I discovered that the machine is has a 2 pin European plug factory fitted and that I am expected to self fit the 3 pin UK plug. This was not disclosed on the website at the point of purchase. For a machine that uses water to be expected to self-fit a plug is ridiculous…. Who is then liable if there is water ingress at the point of water entry to the plug and the consumer is electricuted? To make matters worse I am now trying to return the machine and told I have to pay all postage…. Terrible service

Great service, customer support were very responsive. I purchased a saeco royal black and it’s a good machine. Delivery took around two and a half weeks but I can imagine this is due to current worldwide situation and brexit! Overall good experience and would purchase from this company again.
