I have had two of these machines, the first failed after only a couple of weeks and went back under warranty. The second failed 5 months after the warranty ended. Initially the solenoid went and only a short while later the main control board failed. The parts are virtually impossible to get hold of or your offered a service which is so expensive it is probably better to write the machine off and start again. Accepting that it is a probability it will fail as testified in several on line reviews, either take out extended warranty of be grateful for any extended use beyond the warranty. That said it does make a half decent cup of coffee.

Purchased an Nespresso "Essenza Mini White". Arrived in a damaged and previously opened package. Emailed to complain and no response. Avoid this website at all costs!
