I am so happy with it, it’s perfect to what I need, 2-6 cups of coffee with full flavour from about 2 teaspoons of coffee

Coffeefriend are a great company. I had a problem with Hermes (a poor company) leaving the original package in my lobby – the package was stolen. I contacted Coffeefriend's Customer services who arranged to send out a second package (£400) later btw to a SECURE address at my works. 5 stars *****! Regards, Bernard

Brilliant device and very helpful

Very attentive customer service, we needed a specific coffee machine for a friends Birthday and had been let down by another supplier, on explaining this to the staff member they sent the machine out very promptly and it arrived within a couple of days, very impressed with the service we received
