The drip trays fills up with water and needs emptying every 2-3 cups, and since coffee grounds seem to be dumped anywhere you end up with wet mess. I was told this was 'normal'. Plus there is a very loud vibration which makes it extraordinarily noisy to use. I would NOT recommend

I wasn't too sure at first because it was a different model to the one I thought I was buying (my fault), but now I've found the right cup and strength of coffee I like it's brilliant, and so was the service from Coffee Friend, so thank you.

Very happy with this bean to cup machine which is a replacement for an old Neff appliance we had. Works well and great temperature control, App a bit annoying but you obviously don't need to use it Overall a good machine and bought at a great price on here

Came fitted with a 2-pin European plug, not a 3-pin UK plug, which is actually illegal.

This machine is arguably the worst domestic device I have ever purchased. Hopeless instructions, far to complicated to instal, and faulty in functioning. An expensive and regrettable disaster. 1 star out of 5 would be a generous rating.

Fantastic coffee grinder for the price! I use it for aeropress, French press and moka pot. Not suitable for espresso grind, won't grind fine enough. Quick delivery from coffeefriend and a great price too! 100% reccomend.
