Having purchased a kettle from Coffee Friend with a delivery expected within three days of the order, it did not arrive in the timescale provided. I followed up after 7 days and was told it had been held up in transit. My order arrived after just over two weeks!! When it finally arrived, the kettle arrived with a euro plug and therefore I decided to return the item. I returned via royal mail signed for service to Coffee Friend's office address. The item was signed for and I awaited my refund. This did not arrive!! After 3 weeks of emails back and forth I have been told that I will not recieve a refund due to their office address being closed for some time….very suspicious I must say, even though it states on their website! If you wish to throw money away, use this company. I would say AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
