The Nespresso capsule adapter kit has a design fault: the component which holds the Nespresso capsule doesn't seat down fully into the holder making it useless.

After Brexit and after the closing of Tchibo’s uk online service for private customers Coffee Friend is the best and cheapest company in uk with also the biggest choice for ordering Tchibo coffee pods. Apart from this their customer service is brilliant. I had an unknown problem with ordering the pods. The customer service helped me immediately with the ordering and made sure that the pods were delivered the next day.
