The first toasted they sent us turned out to be faulty and they did arrange collection from us and sent a new one free of (shipping) charge. But the whole thing took more than a month and I felt that I was almost reminding them about our order with my emails.

I ordered the coffee machine about 4 or 5 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've had to chase this up a couple of times. I was given the option of cancelling the order today, which I've done. I'm just going to buy one from a store. At least I'll be able to leave with it!!

Customer Service is best judged and rated when something goes wrong. Unfortunately i experienced a fault with a coffee machine. Speaking with the customer service team, i followed the process and the customer service team where fast, efficient and clear on the next steps to resolve my issue. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this online retailer for all your coffee needs !!!

Nespresso capsule adapter kit for CHiATO Luna Style coffee machines
This Nespresso capsule adapter kit has a design fault: the component which holds the Nespresso capsule doesn’t seat down fully into the holder (this can actually be seen in the photograph) making it useless. Any attempt to force (which is what you'll need!) it into to the coffee machine will potentially damage the machine and also wedge the two components of adapter together. Both the original adapter which I received and a replacement had the same fault.
