Cheap machine for certain but online tracking not working. After 1 week Order Received and not even Order is being processed!? Wrote email and reply was will arrive within time frame. 2nd week did online chat and same reply. Did receive machine after 15 days which was fine and it works great. Order tracking still not working and my order is being processed. Furthermore, I had an email confirming that my order will soon be with the delivery company but I had received it 2 days earlier. Not impressed but machine works great and super price

Ordering was easy! But when received, all the instructions were in Polish! Seeing the company is based in this country I would have thought you could have at lease put an English manual in!!!

Great price! Easy to order and arrived quickly. The only thing I would say is that the machine came with a European style plug and an adapter which for the life of me I couldn’t get to fit on the plug! In the end I used a different adapter plug on the end and it works fine. Worth it for the excellent price and fast delivery.

I placed an order on May 27th, and it’s now June 15th with no shipment in sight. Their initial promise of 8-12 days for local UK shipping is already too long. After 12 days, I contacted them, and they assured me it would ship by the end of the week. It’s now the end of the week, 15 days have passed, and my order is still not dispatched. This is outrageous! Customer service gave vague promises and offered a complimentary gift, but my order remains unshipped. The voucher offer was insulting, as I never want to deal with this company again. Their service is unreliable and disrespectful to customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

Delivered on time and comms were excellent keeping me updated when required.
