I wanted to replace my DeLonghi Icona espresso machine that was nearing the end of its life and my number one priority was to get a white to match my kettle and toaster. I was extremely pleased that I’ve found one from Coffee Friend at a great price too. I spoke to Rose at the company before my purchase and she was very helpful in answering my questions. Delivery only took a couple of days so great service all around.

I ordered an item almost four weeks ago, and payment was taken. I'm yet to receive the item, as it's currently out of stock, which I wasn't advised of when I initially ordered it. After getting in touch with the company, I'm told they are expecting a delivery later this month. So when I will actually receive the item, I do not know. I wait with bated breath. Item finally arrived July 16th.

I've been fed up of buying coffee that claimed it was great and found to my dismay that it's not just tasting terrible but even when I open the bag I can almost tell from the smell that it's bad. I was starting to become better at knowing bad coffee than good coffee and then I found these. I'm not a coffee expert but I do know what grind, roast, ration, dose, pre infusion time and extraction I like and I can achieve this with the beans from here
