Ordered coffee machine on 10th of December with lead delivery to be 2 weeks time. Have been waiting until mid if January for delivery after numerous calls to this company and no update from their site. You should definitely improve your communication with suppliers and customers and put realistic times for delivery. Even the machine was send from Germany I am sure it was not brought on foot. The walk will take less days than the delivery.

My order took a long time to arrive, after a week I emailed to check that it was on it's way to which I received no reply but it did turn up 2 days later. The mugs I ordered look great but don't keep drinks hot.

I ordered Nespresso Inissia EN80 on Tuesday evening and the machine arrived on Thursday lunchtime. I had several emails to say where the parcel is and when it is going to arrive. Excellent service and cheaper than competitors.

The item was for the Uk so a Uk plug was included ready for fitting, fantastic! The coffee grinder works brilliantly and we love that it can grind to a very fine powder as well as courser granules. Easy to use, not noisy and is very effective. Good value for money. It took a while to arrive but is worth the wait. Thank you

Ordered and heard nothing for two weeks. Chased by email and was told it would ship that day. Definitely sounded like my order had been forgotten/missed. Not the most reliable order fulfillment process and communication through the process was poor.

Lelit Bianca V3 PL162T Dual Boiler Espresso Coffee Machine – St. Steel
Absolute bonkers this machine. I decided to sell my Sage Barista Express and spend some cash on Lelit Bianca V3. Was a bit dubious at first but my goodness this machine has everything you need in an espresso machine. From configuring pre infusion to customising your brew rate and flow control. I had narrowed down to La Marzocco and ECM Synchronika and this one offers same output with a much more competitive price. Build quality is top notch, boilers working flawlessly and true to temperature settings. Absolutely in love with this machine.
