This South American coffee from Colombia will definitely surprise you with fresh melon and acidic green apple notes. After a few seconds you’ll notice a pleasant caramel and hazelnut undertones coming through.
This coffee arrived from a small Monte Bonito town, from very small farmers who have only 1-3 hectares of coffee growing plantations. Farmers often ask their own friends and neighbours to help pick and wash cherries, as well as get involved in the coffee making procedures during the season.
Due to the exceptional quality and taste, this coffee is marked as Specialty. According to the SCAA it scores 85 out of 100.
