The prepared coffee reveals notes of orange, stone fruit, black tea, is slightly spicy, nutty and floral. Very juicy, with a long-lasting pleasant aftertaste, this coffee will be appreciated by lovers of African coffees.
This coffee came from the Mulish coffee processing station in the Guji region of Ethiopia. The nearby Danbi Uddo Mountains are home to 850 smallholder farmers who own 2 to 5 hectares of land and sell their grown coffee to the Mulish processing station.
Perfect for filter coffee preparation methods, but also fits to preparation with the French Press, Aeropress and Espresso coffee machines. We also recommend using it for Cold Brews.
