Bold blackberries, juicy plums, and a subtle hint of honey… The vibrant character of this Ethiopian coffee is something that even the pickiest connoisseurs are bound to find hard to resist.
In the Ethiopian region of Yirgacheffe, at over 2000 metres above sea level, lies the Danche washing station—a place where more than 400 smallholder farmers cultivate their coffee cherries with meticulous care. The high altitude, fertile volcanic soil, and balanced rainfall create the ideal environment for slow maturation, which in turn produces coffees of exceptional depth and complexity. The local varietals of Kurume and Wolisho, combined with the innovative anaerobic process, showcase the very best of the Ethiopian highlands, and guarantee a truly one-of-a-kind cup of coffee.
