All of the “Flair 58x” models sold after May 2023 are electric-enabled, meaning that all you need to do to get access to Flair’s three-tiered preheat system is plug your preheat controller in. 

Choose between 85, 90 and 95 °C, which correlates roughly to the brewing temperatures needed for dark, medium and light roasts respectively. Just set the desired temperature, get alerted when the brew head is ready, and enjoy the top-notch workflow that the “Flair 58” preheat system affords.
