Sourced from the historic region of Uji in Kyoto Prefecture, which is renowned for the world’s finest Japanese green teas, this matcha is made from shade-grown leaves of the first spring harvest. Handpicked, dried gently, and stone-ground, it offers the highest purity, lots of antioxidants, and a truly authentic character.
PREPARATION
Whisk 1 teaspoon of powder with 150 ml of hot water (max. 80 °C) until frothy and smooth. Enjoy on its own, hot or cold.
Ingredients: 100% organic* matcha green tea (first-harvest leaves).
*Obtained from organic Japanese farms: certified in accordance with PL-EKO-07.
Storage conditions: store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
