HOW TO BREW?

Pour 1 teaspoon of fireweed into a cup, then add water at a temperature of 60–80 °C. Let steep for 5–7 minutes. Feel free to re-steep. Try adding a slice of lemon and/or honey for some extra flavour!

Ingredients: fermented fireweed* (Epilobium angustifolium) 100%.
