Coffee from El Salvador is from the Las Isabellas farm and is a mixture of Pacamara and Bourbon. Las Isabellas is located in the south face of “Cerron Grande” of Apaneca at the west region of El Salvador at an altitude of 1200 to 1450m and is part of the Blue Harvest project.
