This is John Watt’s very own High Mountain blend, created by the original owner’s love of the Lake District Fells. This is a blend of Fairtrade Colombian and Fairtrade Costa Rica, which they roast to the first crackle. This medium to light roast gives the beans fruity, chocolate notes, with a well-rounded body and lively citrus acidity.
