The Prince Bishops of Durham held ecclesial and secular power. They were used to the best products available and enjoyed refined tastes. This is a more expensive bean from the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe region. It is a light-medium roast to bring out some floral flavour notes and light acidity. Taking a break from the daily politics of the land, we imagine this coffee to be a perfect fit for a Prince Bishop and his refined afternoon coffee assembly.
