ABOUT ZINC:

Zinc is an essential trace element that supports your immune system and overall health. The human body needs a daily intake of approximately 10 mg of zinc and 300 mg of magnesium. In times of stress or physical activity, this need increases. These substances must be supplied regularly through food or water though, as the body cannot produce or store them on its own.
