Shipping abroad

Ordered on the 18th of December and still haven't received a notification that it has been dispatched. No sign of it yet.

Ordered as a Christmas gift and only today had the tracking info came through to say it is being dispatched. Recipient was very understanding. Email with offer off £10 off next order on a purchase of over £45 wasn’t really that favourable to the current situation

I still haven’t received it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and I had to buy a replacement. I would like to have my money back.

When our last Nespresso machine started to leak (after many years), we looked around for a replacement. Having decided to stay with that type of pod, we looked on the internet and found Coffee Friend offered a much better deal (price & delivery) for what we hoped would be a reliable replacement. Very disappointed- placed order on 16/12/23 it was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 working days. Still have not received it (07/01/24) and no communication why it is late.

Checked prices on the web this was the best buy Easy to purchase and quick delivery can’t fault you
