I was concerned about the reviews that said they'd had to wait for ages but my item took a week to arrive, after ordering in the last week of December, so I am perfectly happy with that. It was exactly as described. I would have appreciated some protective packaging as the box containing the pot was in a larger cardboard box with no padding, so despite the 'fragile' sticker it could have been damaged by a less careful courier. All was fine though.

I ordered a DeLonghi coffee maker with a suggested delivery within 1-3 days. When it arrived after 8 days I found that it had been unpacked before. On further investigation and unpacking, the water container was broken and the plug was not a standard 13amp but was a 2 pin plug with an adaptor. In addition, the invoice and return details of the previous buyer with personal details , such as name, address, phone number, email (showing a purchase price £5 less than I was charged), was also in the package. I contacted the company and had to go through all the hoops of their rigorous returns procedure, including a series of photgraphs, before they agreed to the return. I have today (11th January) received the money in my account. Hardly my best ever purchase and I would not recommend this company. R Burton

Did everything the could to delay return postage, dragged on and on so that customers give up. Typical evasion. Ended up keeping the machine to save our time with their terrible email back and forths.

I purchased a Rocket Espresso coffee machine. Best price on the web with some further discounts and a £100 voucher back also. I had some initial questions after the purchase and before it was delivered. These were all answered promptly and professionally. Ordering the coffee bean grinder was straightforward and it arrived within the time frame given. I have had the same model for many years and use it regularly. My daughter in law had admired it and said she was looking to find one too. Deciding to surprise her, I frustratingly couldn't find anything suitable in the shops, and certainly not as compact, so it was great to see that this bean grinder is still available and very reasonably priced. My daughter in law is really thrilled that she can now make her own fresh coffee rather than buying it filtered.
