Ordered a coffee grinder and asked to return immediately after receiving it. The box was totally untouched, not opened. I was asked to open it, photograph it all and pay £10 to return it through their chosen courier. I asked if I could use another, more affordable (but still reputable) courier, but was declined. Email responses seemed short and took a while to respond. I didn’t receive an update about when the parcel was received or when I could expect the refund until I reached out to ask. What seemed to me could have been a pretty straight forward process was actually drawn out and difficult. I’ve had similar situations with other online retailers but have been met with positivity, understanding and care. Free, speedy returns and full refunds; not here. I won’t shop at Coffee Friend again.

I ordered a kettle which unfortunately was unsuitable so I asked if I could return it for a refund Camilla who works in customer service said they would accept return so she arranged both collection and credit 1st class service would highly recommend and use them again

I found the website easy to use to find and purchase the product I wanted. Checkout was easy too. I would have liked more information available in the order update link after I had checked out though. I was left wondering when my item would be dispatched, then on the third day I had a notification to say it was with the courier and it arrived that day.

Kettle ok. Two pin plug adapter useless and far too big, kettle stops boiling, keeps cutting out, have to keep moving plug so kettle will work, very annoying
