There was a loose 3mm ball bearing in the Bialetti moka pot. I asked if it was safe to use, got a reply stating they would investigate. No further contact. I will never darken their virtual doorstep again. EDIT: May be I was a little impatient and a tad over zealous, Coffee Friend have gone above and beyond customer service by providing a replacement moka pot and a couple of packets of coffee. Product very good but delivery was slow

This company has no idea what they have in stock and when I cancelled the order as a result of the item I ordered being out of stock they sent it anyway. I wouldn't order from them again. Hazel
