Apart from the long delivery times everything was great. Stated 1-3 days online initially then went to 8-12 days. Was delivered after 10 days. Great coffee machine at the cheapest price around – DeLonghi Dedica EC685. Makes a great cup of coffee and the although the settings might be a bit awkward to understand there are easy to follow vids on YouTube.

The box comes fragile. It looks old. Very disappointing I paid for price of new, but comes look old. Same thing to the items itself as well. It looks used before. Don’t have enough time to return it.

Great coffee machine and fast delivery

Ordering simple delivery very quick

I have had an awful experience with Coffee Friend. It started well, delivery was really fast. But when the coffee machine was plugged in, it sparked and tripped the electrics of the whole house. Not coffee friends fault, I understand, but this is where the problems started. It has taken almost a MONTH to organise the return. Emails are not responded to until I chase and chase, the machine was picked up a week ago and has been sat at the DPD warehouse since, and no one is doing anything to chase it up. I am still waiting for an £80 refund for a machine that literally EXPLODED, and no one at the company gives a hoot. They just keep thanking me for my “patience”. Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. DO NOT RISK IT.

Coffee Friend was super quick re-arranging a new delivery after having some issues with the delivery company. It was really easy to be in touch with them at all times and provided us with updates and reassuring messages constantly.They seemed very professional and I will be happy to buy from them again, no doubt.

Timed delivery of good quality product. Good price. Could have done with English translations in promotion pack. Instructions on operating the machine gave an English version, apart from plug conversion assembly, which could be easily worked out.

Quality of coffee very good but delivery takes far too long. 8-13 days is ridiculous! ADDED AFTER seller response on 23 Feb 2024… Maybe the 2nd day after you shipped it. It certainly wasn't the second day after I ordered. It arrived as i stated originally.
