Its been a month since i contacted them regarding my problem with orders still no refund received.I have been told they processed the refund but unfortunately Klarna or credit card didn’t receive. Customer service unhelpful and difficult to be contacted

DF64 Gen 2 Single Dose Electric Coffee Grinder – Black
Bought this grinder at the start of the year, was on back order so took 5 weeks but couldn’t be happier! It’s the V2 but looks slightly different to the pictures (black dosing pot, silver button on the other side etc) – I prefer what I received. I wouldn't say it’s quiet but what grinder is, it’s certainly not ‘loud’ and so quick it’s over before you start. Incredibly consistent and I have zero issues with mess/static. Paired with a gaggia classic

Coffee grinders
Baratza Encore ESP Coffee Grinder – Black
Really, really disappointed with this grinder after all the great reviews. Using medium roast beans, the retention is ridiculous and I have to clean the grinder after every use to prevent it clogging up completely. The grinds themselves are good but it's more or less unusable unless I'm grinding a large quantity of beans. Back to the hand grinder.

I ordered a coffee grinder on 28th Feb (it's now 10th March). Coffeefriend happily took my money, but has done nothing to actually fulfill this order. It shows as 'received' in online tracking. It hasn't even progressed to "order processed" let alone "dispatched" or "shipped." I have called, chatted, and emailed–and gotten no reply. At this point I can only assume this company isn't even real and they just want to take my money in exchange for *literally nothing*. I wish I had come to trustpilot before purchasing.
