18 days to deliver (21jan-8Feb)! Tracking button not working on website! My order number that you had sent me not recognised by your system! 2 phone calls to check you even have my order! Forgot to put it on the pallet! £40+ for a "knock pot"! Thank goodness it wasn't glass – packaged without anything to stop the retail box bashing around in the parcel! And only now (February 13), after reading the review above, have they remembered their apology promise, to refund the shipping cost. And then they add a £15 voucher towards one of their products (they really must be kidding!), hoping to persuade me to "update/change your Trust Pilot review. Your feedback truly matters and helps us to improve and do better in the future." Well I don't believe they will do any better but I have updated my review. Great value for money coffee machine delivered on time.

I was informed my purchase would be with me in between eight and ten working days, it wasn’t and when I made contact you said it would be another week! Yes, you included some complimentary chocolate, however, I waited for three weeks! Not an acceptable lead time. Following on from this review Coffee Friend could not have been more attentive, they send a very welcome gift of coffee pods and suggested they would refund my shipping costs. Whilst my review remains accurate, I am much more satisfied with Coffee Friend than previously. They demonstrated to me that they were genuinely interested in me having a better experience.

Had some problems with delivery, but the coffee is perfect. After 4 different coffee set I found what I like and oder 3kg favorite coffee beans. This time no problems-delivered in 3days👌 Respectful company, made the wrong thing right and send sorry gift.

Needed to be patient as delivery was about three weeks, but the Moka induction coffee maker and the Illy coffee were beautiful as was the price.

Coffee Friend had the machine I wanted and at a great price. Having cleaned/flushed the machine as per instructions I made my 1st coffee which was excellent. It took about 1 week longer to arrive against the 8-12 day window but given the world's current logistical problems I shan't mark CF down.

Great item, ordered a Fellow Opus grinder. Took about 10 days to arrive, which was not an issue for me as the price was the cheapest in the UK at the time. The item was an EU plug, but they included a UK converter in the box. I also asked for an update after ordering the item and received replies promptly. I would definitely recommend this company, just be prepared to wait a little longer and you’ll save money
