Superb customer service from start to finish. Encountered a mechanical issue with my machine after a week which was promptly and expertly dealt with (Thank you Mark) with clear discussion throughout. Genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing from the company from its initial ordering to delivery to completing warranty work. If you are in the market for excellently priced coffee paraphernalia knowing that they will support you and help should any issue arise then look no further. The delivery's status wasn't updated on the CoffeeMate site. On top of it, poor information from DPD. The only update from DPD said they were expecting a parcel. Once I wanted to cancel the order, it was on the third or fourth day, the delivery was done by utter surprise and without any earlier notice from DPD.

Long waiting time for delivery to arrive. No update during the wait unless you reach out to the customer service for an update. The only positive comment was the prompt response from customer service team.
