I deeply regret my decision to place an order here and wish I could turn back time. I was profoundly disappointed when the coffee machine I had ordered failed to arrive as expected. Upon contacting customer services over the phone, they consistently refused to accept any responsibility and even suggested involving the police. Their unprofessional behavior was extremely disheartening, especially considering their lack of awareness regarding their own job responsibilities. To make matters worse, I have been unable to obtain any refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Where is my coffee machine? I spent money on it. Shame on this company!

I waited almost 2 weeks to receive this item which I thought was because I wanted a white one to match my kitchen and not the black one. However it arrived with the whole instruction manual in a language I couldn't even recognise. Possible Hebrew as the box says made in Israel. Selling this item in the UK requires instructions in English, I was very wary about attaching quite a large gas canister without knowing what I was doing. Hence, haven't used it at all. Disappointed.

Overall I had a positive experience with CF and they were very helpful. My only criticism is that after my initial order nothing happened for around two weeks so after chasing up my concerns, CF offered their apologies and my order arrived within a week. I was also given a voucher for future purchases.

The Coffee is fine but I bought the wrong size coffee pot and the cost to return it was £9.50 which seems excessively high.

We chose Coffee Friend as we could get the coffee machine we wanted £15 cheaper than Amazon. It turned up and is really good! Quality product. However, it did take quite a while to arrive, around 2-3 weeks from when we ordered it which was less ideal. Knowing that now though, I would still order again, just not for something urgent.
