Well wrapped,nifty adaptor for UKPlug

This company’s customer service’s are absolutely terrible my order supposedly never reached DPD so instead of sending another one out I was made to wait until they investigated it – I cancelled the order as I had already waited over a week how ridiculous !!! when I needed the order promptly. I will never use this company again .

Delivery was really fast and I love my new coffee machine! It's really easy to use, touch activated interface is amazing, it's really compact and even has a heated tray for the cups! Simply amazing! 🥰😍 Not to mention that it was a bargain at that price! 🥰

The coffe machine itself was fine but it was provided with a european 2-pin plug. Some sort of 2-pin to UK 3-pin adapter was provided but it did not fit the 2-pin plug. I cut off the plug and put on a normal 3-pin UK plug and all worked fine but I shjould not have had to do so.

Constant emails, despite what unsubscribing

The cord was not UK compatible. It seemed like it is an intention to receive.

-More than a month of delay for delivery because the product was oversold. The seller told me i would have some coffee seeds as a present for the delay, it was not it the parcel. -When opening the package (which was perfect on the outside), the machine and the cardbox inside were wet. -There are several scuffmarks on the left side of the machine. – The tubes have marks of dry water in it. It seems to be a repackaged machine which was not planned

What amazing customer service from an online retailer!! Superb comms and support through the buying experience – including discussion on finding m/c had a non-Uk plug: which we resolved amicably and all is now good in the coffee world for us again! (Thank you Rose 👍)

I ran low on Chemex filters and ordered five boxes from Coffee Friend. The complete order arrived well-packed and in perfect condition four days later. Wonderful experience and would feel comfortable ordering anything from their online shop.

Delivery took too long

Excellent service. Perfectly serviceable machine and was a replacement for an identical but worn out version. Some of the paperwork was in German though!

Package arrived several weeks beyond the maximum delivery time provided during purchase. I was told that I would be provided a gift given the long wait time – which was a couple of pieces of chocolate! I found this laughable and not a good compensation for the many weeks of waiting for an expensive item I could have and will in the future buy elsewhere.
