I liked my kettle but it came with a non-UK plug and an adapter which surprised me. I probably wouldn't have ordered if I realised.

Coffee grinder arrived next day and was as described (I knew it would come with EU plug). I'd recommend Coffee Friend as the Eureka Mignon I purchased was over £100 cheaper than elsewhere. No complaints, I'd read some off-putting things on Reddit but all good

just received new Bosch Kettle only to find it had 2 pin plug with an I fitted BS1363 adapter with no instructions on how to fit – spoke on phone and they just emailed fitting instructions completely not right – requested refund etc !

They dont have one of the items I orders, there is no information or communication about that. They just sold me something that they dont have and. My order was not process for couple of days and I had to ask why… thats how I find out. Two stats because they reply quickly on the chat.

I just wanted to add a positive review as I almost didn’t order from this company because of the more negative feedback. However, my Bialetti Brikka was ordered Friday late afternoon, and arrived Saturday mid-morning – obviously new and unopened and in good condition. Given how hard it is to even find one of these in the UK, I’m pretty delighted. I’d use the company again – no complaints at all!

So unhappy with this I got a coffee maker not long ago it’s already broken and when I contacted coffee friend they tried to pass me off to the manufacturer The delivery was terrible and way to long so I would say stay very clear
