I love my coffee machine – delivery time was as they predicted and the coffee beans I bought are amazing ! The only down side is that my coffee machine came with a European plug (and a UK adapter) it hasn’t caused any issues but I would of rather had an original UK plug

A long wait to find that my choice of machine wasn’t available even though payment was taken. Was then given an alternative colour which did arrive quickly.

Update on April 17 Placed order for a rocket expresso machine on Feb 10th. It was expensive! First delivery got lost in transit. Second delivery arrived in mid March, but the machine did not work. Faulty machine was collected 6 days ago. I heard today that I have to wait up to another twenty days for the third attempt. That would be nearly 11 weeks since I paid my money. The sale of expensive high quality products needs to be backed up by high quality service. I am highly unsatisfied and would to an immediate refund and order cancellation.

The items took a while to come, but they were the cheapest around. Plus, the staff is really nice and helpful.

Coffee friend were very friendly and they delivered the item I wanted. There was a small delay in the delivery and they included a complimentary gift which was really nice of them.

I ordered from South Africa as a gift to my sister living in London and they were extremely helpful with good communication and even added some extra gifts. Grateful.

Really great cafetiere and completely plastic free. Giving 4 stars as the order took quite a while to arrive and I had to chase it.
