I recently purchased a Rocket coffee machine, which provided a great coffee-making experience at first. However, after just two weeks, the coffee machine started to leak, causing inconvenience and frustration. When I contacted Coffee Friend to resolve the problem, the manager John responded immediately. I was pleasantly surprised by his exceptional dedication to customer satisfaction. John responded immediately and did everything he could to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Instead of following the rules of the warranty, John showed extraordinary helpfulness and dedication to offer me the best possible solution – a replacement coffee machine. The brand new coffee machine was delivered quickly and my coffee drinking routine was only slightly disrupted. I am extremely satisfied with the services of Coffee Friend, especially John! Great customer service

Not great. Browsed products and ordered items that were marked "In Stock" and "85% of orders delivered next working days" otherwise 1-3 working days I'm now on working day 5 and not only has the order not been dispatched I've received absolutely no communication from the seller. Poor customer service and just incorrect information on site, borderline false advertising. Would recommend paying a little more with competitors for delivery etc at least they're reliable. ——- Update 28/03/24 Received a call today from CoffeeFriend, they have offered a discount on a future alongside a couple of free gifts by way of apology for the service. I'm updating to 4 stars based on the response and action taken. Unfortunately the issue still did occur as originally described but the reaction from the business has been positive so with that experience alone would recommend their service as was quite attentive.
